Responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying potential buyers
- Generating and conducting viewings
- Canvassing to bring on new properties
- Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
- Preparing sales brochures
- Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
- Meeting with clients
- Valuations
- Assessing buyers & sellers specific needs
- Responding to queries via e-mail and telephone
- Promoting properties via different mediums
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Estate Agency sales, including valuing
- Full understanding of the sales process and ability to demonstrate longevity
- High level of customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner and very well presented
- Strong organisational and motivational skills
- Ability to work well within a fast paced environment
- Drive, hunger and ambition for success
- Ability to inspire and lead others
- Local area knowledge (preferred)
- Must hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car
- UK Resident and ideally live within a 30‑minute commute of the area
