Sales Assistant

Overview

We are looking for a part‑time Sales Assistant to work in our Swindon store. The role is an 8‑hour per week position with overtime opportunities. You will work flexible shifts across weekends and selected weekday opening or closing shifts, scheduled around Swindon Designer Outlet trading hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and actively maximize sales and KPI targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and support promotions.
• Assist team members and collaborate effectively to drive store performance.
• Perform stock tasks including accuracy checks, replenishment, and processing deliveries.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards in line with VM and Health & Safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or hospitality experience with a focus on customer service.
• High enthusiasm, drive, and motivation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work confidently alone while contributing positively to a team.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and deliver exceptional service.
