About the role
Social Care Lawyer – to be responsible for Social Care law matters in regards to Childcare.
About you
You will need to be skilled at providing concise and clear guidance, be well-organised and have the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
What you will do
- To undertake, provide and assist in the legal services provided to the Childrens.
- To represent the Council in legal and quasi legal proceedings, in negotiations, and generally in its relations with outside bodies and the public.
- To appear on behalf of the Council in the Magistrates Court, County Court, High Court and Tribunals on matters as allocated by the Principal Solicitor.
This position has a requirement for an Enhanced DBS Check.
