Being digitally confident is essential; you’ll utilise our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience and accelerate the move to the new M&S.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service to shoppers in the Fashion, Home & Beauty section.
- Act as a resilient and confident brand ambassador, promoting the latest fashion items.
- Utilise digital tools (e.g., Sparks App and in-store devices) to enhance the customer experience and support the transition to the new M&S.
- Maintain high standards while balancing speed and accuracy in a high-demand environment.
- Contribute to a positive store atmosphere and support teammates to work efficiently as a team.
- Remain flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business in a fast-moving retail setting.
Working pattern
Monday 15:00–19:00; Thursday 15:00–19:00; Friday 11:00–15:00; Saturday 11:00–15:00
