Higher Level Teaching Assistant (Foundation Stage)

Are you a strong, flexible team player who ispassionate about improving children’s outcomes? Do you have experience inEYFS/KS1 with the ability to deliver quality interventions including phonics(Little Wandle)? If so, we would love to hear from you.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Atleast 4 years’ experience in EYFS/KS1
• Theability to deliver high quality interventions
• Theability to inspire, encourage curiosity and independence
• A calm head under pressure anda genuine passion for creating a fun and safe environment for primary-agedchildren
• Acommitment to the safeguarding of our pupils
• Exceptionalcommunication skills
• Aproactive “can-do” attitude
• Agreat sense of humour!
