Second Chef – Care Home Kitchen Lead & Menu Planner

Agincare Group is hiring a Second Chef for Hayling Island. You will work with the team to deliver high-quality meals, plan menus with residents, and manage the kitchen while ensuring safety and hygiene standards.

The role requires a background in kitchens and an understanding of dietary needs, with knowledge of IDDSI being desirable. The position is full-time (40 hours per week) with four shifts weekly and some weekend work as part of the rota.
