Fundraising & Development Support Officer

St Leonards School is seeking a Development Support Officer to drive philanthropic growth by identifying donors, managing pipelines, and engaging supporters alongside senior leadership. The role partners with the Engagement Officer to connect alumni relations with fundraising.

You will identify donors, prepare leadership briefs, track data in HubSpot, steward supporters through impact reports, and ensure GDPR-compliant data handling while working closely with the External Relations team.
