Year 6 HLTA & 1:1 Catch-Up Tutor – Impact & Growth

The Federation of Winklebury Infant and Junior Schools is seeking a proactive Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) / 1:1 Year 6 catch up tutor. The role includes class cover and targeted 1:1/small-group support to close learning gaps and prepare pupils for SATs.

The successful candidate will demonstrate safeguarding knowledge, ability to deliver lessons, and a commitment to inclusion and Thrive ethos. This is a fixed-term post running to 31 August 2027 with a 32.5-hour week.
