Part-Time Student Support & Behavior Improvement Lead

De Warenne Academy is seeking a Reflections Manager to coordinate support for students and raise standards of behaviour for learning, starting September 2026 on a part-time, permanent basis. Under the direction of senior staff, you will help pupils overcome barriers to learning by coordinating targeted support and contributing to a positive, inclusive academy environment.

The Academy was rated ‘Good’ by OFSTED in 2021 and continues to improve outcomes for students.
