Compassionate Enabling Support Worker

Ad Warrior Ltd in Northfields, Somerset, is recruiting an Enabling Support Worker. You will provide person‑centred support, follow the individual’s plan, and help people access the local community.

You may assist with personal care and medication, and sleep‑in duties are paid at £60 per sleep‑in. We offer a generous package: £12.95 per hour for 40 hours a week, a welcome bonus of £500 after 12 months, extra birthday leave for frontline staff, training, 25 days of leave plus 8 bank holidays
