National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty at Cragside in Morpeth seeks a Senior Gardener to lead a team of five gardeners and volunteer group, delivering high-quality horticultural work across Formal Gardens, Rock Garden, Pinetum and Valley walks.
You will supervise daily garden operations, train staff and volunteers, uphold safety standards, and collaborate with the Head Gardener to plan projects while engaging visitors and sharing Cragside’s heritage stories.
