Night Front Desk & Guest Care Specialist

Ibis Edinburgh Royal Mile – Hunter Square is seeking a Night Team Member to welcome guests with warmth and to keep everyone safe during the night shift. You will contribute to smooth hotel operation, focusing on guest wellbeing and a personal touch.

Responsibilities include assisting in night running, undertaking audits and safety checks, and coordinating with other departments to set up for the next day. Typical pattern is 5 days on, 2 days off, 22:30–07:00.
