We’re supporting a market leader hiring a Revenue-focused Finance Manager to play a key role in a best-in‑class finance function within a fast‑scaling, market‑leading business.

This is a broad finance role, sitting close to Sales, Product and Operations, with real ownership across revenue reporting, controls, and audit readiness. Ideal for someone who wants to step into a high‑impact environment and be visible across the business.

The Role

• Own revenue reporting, controls and analysis, ensuring accuracy and scalability as the business grows
• Act as a true business partner to non‑finance stakeholders (Sales, Product, Commercial, Ops)
• Lead or support audit processes (either from prior practice experience or in‑house ownership)
• Drive best‑practice processes around revenue recognition, forecasting and month‑end close
• Help build a robust, scalable finance function, drawing on experience from mid‑to‑large organisations
• Support leadership with insightful commercial analysis and decision‑making

What We’re Looking For

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Proven experience working with stakeholders outside of finance
• Audit experience – either trained in practice or having led audits in‑house
• Strong grounding in revenue accounting and controls
• Experience from mid‑sized or large, well‑run businesses with strong financial discipline
• NetSuite experience highly desirable (not essential)
