Production Operative – 5 on 5 off, £35k+, Growth Path

E3 Recruitment is seeking a Production Operative in Almondsbury, near Bristol, with immediate start. The role operates on a 5 on 5 off / 4 on 4 off cycle, giving two consecutive weekends off each month. You will hand-craft formed blocks, transfer wet clay, and build firing stacks in the Specials Department.

Salary is £35,587 (£16.29/hour) with a factory bonus of up to 5%, and a temporary-to-permanent pathway. On-site parking and a supportive safety culture are provided.
