Sales Assistant – Sheffield Drakehouse

About The Role

Are you looking for a new challenge and want to be part of an expanding business, filled with fun and exciting opportunities? Join our team of superheroes as we search to recruit our next generation of Sales Assistants for Smyths Toys Superstores.

This is a temporary contract, with a rate of pay of £12.90 per hour for over 21 and £11.00 per hour for under 21.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service
• Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
• Work as part of a fast‑paced and dynamic team
• Keep the store clean and tidy
• Pack shelves and merchandise
• Work on delivery and complete price changes
• Work on the tills
• Learn about and keep up to date with our products to help customers

The Ideal Candidate

• Retail experience in the following areas is highly desirable, but not essential:
  • Outdoor / Bikes
  • Nursery
  • Software & Gaming
  • Backdoor / Warehouse
• Stores are open 7 days a week, so flexibility is required.
