Part-Time Youth Development & Support Worker

Essex County Council is hiring a Youth Support Worker for a permanent, part‑time role in Basildon. You will work face‑to‑face with young people, supporting community youth work and developing activities with them, including flexible hours and residentials.

You will collaborate in a team, deliver and/or support youth programmes, and follow safeguarding guidance while pursuing learning and development targets within two years.
