Customer Service Advisor – Manchester City Centre

Rewards

Hours

  • 37.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

The role of Customer Service Advisor

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Providing professional and efficient support to resolve customer queries
  • Updating customer records accurately on internal systems
  • Investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a high level of service delivery
  • Maintaining compliance with company policies and data protection standards

The ideal Customer Service Advisor

  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Confident using computer systems and CRM platforms
  • A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude

This is a 12-week temporary contract with potential for extension.
