Social Prescribing Link Worker – Wellbeing Champion

The London Borough of Waltham Forest and the Waltham Forest Federated GP Network are recruiting Social Prescribing Link Workers to support residents across GP Practices. This full-time, non-clinical role focuses on connecting people to practical and emotional support, with a rotational arrangement across practices within the PCN to strengthen wellbeing and reduce health inequalities.
