Overview

Is our ECT Teacher (EYFS) opportunity at Oasis Academy Blakenhale the role for you? You’ll be joining Oasis, a large established Trust of 55 Academies, and we’re more than a MAT. We’re here to support our communities and address barriers to education for our students. This is a great opportunity to make a difference.

About the role

At Oasis Blakenhale you’ll have a dedicated induction tutor and support from national lead practitioners in Teaching and Learning. We have the systems in place to support the best start to your teaching career.

This is a permanent opportunity. We support staff development and move teachers around year groups for experience. Although this role will initially be in EYFS, there is a desire to work across Primary stages.

About You

You’ll be someone who understands the importance of early language, play-based learning and strong routines, and who brings a deep understanding of the foundations of learning within Early Years. You will be passionate about creating a joyful, language-rich environment where our youngest children flourish, ensuring every child builds secure foundations for future success.
