Maintenance Technician – Property Management in Manchester

Position Overview

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Onsite maintenance and grounds‑keeping functions.
• Maintain the physical condition of the property, including vacant units, common areas and amenities.
• Complete work orders, vacant unit turns, preventative maintenance, grounds and special projects in a timely manner meeting all deadlines.
• Perform all other related tasks assigned by the property manager or regional manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• HVAC Certified.
• Property maintenance experience.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations and all aspects of property maintenance.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; effective communicator.
• Ability to read/write in English and understand directives both orally and in writing.
• Detail oriented and able to multi‑task.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Work Hours

Work hours are scheduled around the requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed. Must be able to work in a highly varied schedule, including weekend work hours.
