Temporary Caretaker/Cleaner

Overview

Our Client are looking for Cleaners/Caretakers to work on a temporary basis at residential developments across London.

Working hours will vary dependant on the Client, typically around the hours of 8am – 4pm.

Salary ranges from £13.00 per hour – £13.85 per hour (plus 12.07% holiday pay per hour)

Duties

• Cleaning the communal areas inside and outside.
• Rotating the bins in the bin store and manual handling large bins to the refuse collection areas in a timely manner.
• Undertaking regular building patrols.
• Hoovering carpets, cleaning any glass surfaces, litter picking, sweeping the courtyard area, compacting large volumes of cardboard and jet washing floors.
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness across the building at all times.
• To inspect and clean all internal communal areas including windows and surfaces, ledges doors and skirtings.
• General cleaning duties of communal areas (subject but not limited to: gym area, lifts, communal landings, corridors and stairwells)
• Vacuum and mop the floors of communal areas.
• Empty, clean and replace bins and pick up any litter
