Job Description
- Teaching Assistant – Aspiring Secondary Teacher
- Supporting students across KS3, KS4 & KS5
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
- Supporting students in core subjects including Maths & English
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom delivery
- Opportunity to support students with SEN including ASD, ADHD & Speech and Language needs

Person Specification
- Must hold a 1st Class or 2:1 degree from a reputable university
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
- Passionate about pursuing a career in teaching
- Confident, proactive and enthusiastic personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Aspirations to train as a Secondary Teacher in the future
