The Celtic Collection is seeking a Spa Supervisor to lead the Forum Spa and Ocius Treatment Rooms at its Newport property. You’ll guide a team of therapists, uphold 5* service standards, and ensure smooth daily operations in a luxury spa environment.
With 18 months+ in a senior spa role and VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, you’ll contribute to guest experiences, stock control, and spa software management while stepping in as Duty Manager when needed.
