Overview
A role in a hospitality, leisure, and fitness environment where you will create a positive member experience, support gym members, and deliver fitness classes. You will work with the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders across Village Hotel Club locations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personal training sessions and lead fitness classes.
- Conduct gym orientations and inductions for new members.
- Monitor cleanliness of the pool area and general club areas.
- Coordinate cleaning and maintain club standards.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with company and legal guidelines for safety.
- Foster member relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
- Personal training qualification and prior experience in a similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solutions oriented with the ability to spot issues before they occur.
- Commitment to maintaining compliance with safety and legal requirements.
- Passion for fitness and ability to inspire members.
