Hybrid Youth Worker: Empower Youth & Build Confidence

Barnardo’s is seeking a part-time Youth Work role in Harlow, delivering hybrid, youth-led sessions to empower young people. You will plan and lead activities in community venues and schools, build trusted relationships, and support participants to develop confidence and life skills. Sessions are Tue/Wed in the afternoon, with potential flexibility.
