The Quantock Restaurant at Taunton College is looking for a Chef de Partie Apprentice (Level 3). This role offers the chance to develop professional cookery skills in a busy learning environment, working with experienced chefs to deliver high-quality food and service.
You will assist with food preparation, production, presentation and service across menus and events, learn professional kitchen systems, and help maintain a safe, efficient operation while supporting students’ learning experiences.
