Banjo’s is currently looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join the Longford team in the following positions: Bakers Assistant and Apprentice Baker.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce great tasting baked goods, fresh every day
• Work closely with the Production Team to ensure Banjo’s high-quality standards are consistently achieved
• Communicate with the Sales Team to keep track of product levels
• Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work

What We’re Looking For

• Confidence, with a positive attitude
• You take pride in your work
• Experience producing quality baked goods is desirable
• Reliability, with good organisation and communication skills
• A team player, who loves a challenge
• Willingness to grow with us
