Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve turnover targets while analyzing performance data to implement local action plans.
- Lead and inspire a boutique team, providing hands-on coaching to deliver outstanding results.
- Ensure the delivery of a high-quality luxury customer experience and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory, POS systems, scheduling, and cost control.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store reflects the brand’s luxury image.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, monitoring performance and supporting career progression.
- Collaborate with marketing and HQ to support in-store activations and commercial initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury or fashion retail management; boutique environment experience ideal.
- Strong CRM experience is a must.
- Hands-on, operational leadership style with a passion for coaching and inspiring teams.
- Excellent commercial awareness, sales analysis, and people management skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for fashion, jewellery, and a chic, fun brand culture.
