Field Care Supervisor

You will deliver high-quality care and support services, carrying out a range of functions across individual services and care workers within your designated area. While the majority of your time will be spent working in the community—assessing and supporting clients—you will also have responsibilities including:

• Assessment and review of individual care services
• Supervision, instruction, and support of care workers
• Administrative tasks related to services and care workers

Candidate Profile

Excellent communication, motivation, organization, and leadership skills, with a passion for maintaining high standards and driving efficiency.

Qualifications

• Driver with access to a car, bike, scooter, or electric bike
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Field Care Supervisor or Senior Care Worker
• Care qualification or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, or working towards Level 3
• Right to work in the UK (must have eligibility)
