Reablement Caregiver — Flexible Hours (York Area)

The Human Support Group in York is seeking a Community Care Professional to join the Reablement Team. You will work in York & Surrounding Areas, delivering reablement care in partnership with the NHS to help clients regain independence after illness or hospital stays.

This role offers truly flexible shifts—full-time, part-time, evenings, or weekends—with a driving licence and access to a vehicle. A £150 welcome bonus, paid mileage, and comprehensive induction/training are provided.
