Customer Service Administrator

Location: Appley Bridge

Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour

Start Date: ASAP (Temp Assignment of at least 6 months)

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00

The Role

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join one of our client’s busy team in Appley Bridge on a temp basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied administrative role and thrives in a busy, fast‑paced environment. The position will provide key support to the wider team, acting as a reliable “helping hand” across multiple administrative and customer service functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Assisting with matching PODs (Proof of Delivery) to records/invoices
  • Handling and resolving invoice queries
  • Raising credit notes accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting with distribution orders and related processes
  • Carrying out data processing and data entry tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with processes

About You

  • Previous experience in an administration or customer service role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident working with data and internal systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
  • A proactive and team-oriented attitude
  • Good communication skills
