About The Role

Are you available this summer and interested in gaining experience in customer services? Do you enjoy building relationships and possess excellent communication skills? If so, read on – we may have an opportunity for you!

We are looking for temporary staff to join our customer services department on a part‑time basis during our busiest period. As a Customer Service Adviser you will be the first point of contact for all enquiries coming into Foxtons via telephone and email. This is a varied role dealing with a wide range of people – no two days are the same. You’ll be exposed to all aspects of the business and will offer an outstanding service to anyone contacting Foxtons, from helping applicants start their property search to dealing with press enquiries. At other times you will greet visitors to our headquarters and handle email enquiries.

Whether you’re studying, managing family responsibilities, or simply looking for part‑time hours, you’ll have the opportunity to develop valuable workplace skills with a flexible schedule.

The role is offered on a part‑time basis, working:

  • Monday to Friday: 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm
  • Saturday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

We are open to either:

  • One candidate who can cover the full working pattern
  • Two candidates who wish to job‑share the hours, with shifts split as:
    • Monday to Wednesday
    • Thursday to Saturday

About You

Our Customer Advisers are often the very first impression that our customers have of our brand, so an outgoing personality and a great telephone manner are a must. You should also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and a readiness to learn.
