Job Description:
Community Integrated Care is seeking committed care workers to join our Extra Care Services. You’ll support older people in purpose-built accommodation, providing a home-from-home environment with on-hand assistance when needed.
Role includes 24-hour and housing-related support, personal care, meals, activities, and helping residents stay connected with their community and loved ones. No driving required; shifts are 4 x 8 hours, 3pm–11pm.
