Daily Supply Teaching Assistant – East LondonPosition: Daily Supply Teaching AssistantLocation: East LondonStart Date: ASAPContract Type: Temporary / Daily SupplyHours: 08:30am – 04:00pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)Pay Rate: From £100 per dayWorking Pattern: Flexible – full‑time and part‑time availability considered

Key Responsibilities

• Support pupils in the classroom to help them access learning
• Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and activities
• Provide one-to-one and small group support where required
• Assist with behaviour management and classroom organisation
• Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and development
• Support children with additional needs where necessary

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare, or youth work setting
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
