We are recruiting a 30‑hour Outreach Worker position for Stirling SMILE in the town centre. Successful candidates may, on occasion, cover at different SMILEs throughout the city.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Is willing to train and enhance knowledge and skills
  • Is an enthusiastic and caring individual.
  • A good team member
  • Ability to work without direct supervision.

We will offer you a comprehensive training package, on‑the‑job training within a supportive team and the opportunity to gain nationally recognised qualifications.

You will have the opportunity to support people to achieve their chosen outcomes and meet their goals.

In exceptional circumstances you may be asked to volunteer to help the residents of Doncaster, which may involve weekend and night working.
