Overview
We are currently seeking to appoint a Pupil Support Assistant to provide high-quality support and care with a focus on academic progress, reading, behaviour and well-being. This is an exciting and rewarding role in a team that makes a difference to young people.
Responsibilities
- Support specific needs in accordance with the student’s individual SEN profile / Educational Health Care Plan.
- Removes barriers and commit to working with colleagues to improve outcomes for learners.
- Deliver learning activities to both individual students and small groups.
Qualifications
- Candidates who possess outstanding interpersonal skills when working with young people, are at ease working in a team environment and IT literate are welcome to apply.
- Training will be provided as necessary.
