Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing or an equivalent qualification.
• Have a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
• Be confident in engaging with customers, recommending treatments and upselling products and services.
• Be truly passionate about all things hair, keeping up with the latest trends and techniques.
