Health Care Assistant – Complex Care, Day/Night Shifts

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant at Lakeview care home in Wigan to support adults with complex care needs. You will assist with personal care, meals, and activity participation, ensuring dignity and independence in daily living.
