Senior ITAD Technician

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading and prestigious manufacturer of refurbished & remanufacturers of laptops, printers and ink based in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Due to their continued growth and development, they are seeking to employ a Senior ITAD Technician on a permanent basis.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday
• 8am – 4:30pm or 8:30am – 5pm
• 42.5 hours a week which includes a ½ hour paid break

Key Responsibilities

• Support a team of ITAD technicians
• Oversee the secure handling, data wiping, and disposal of IT equipment
• Ensure compliance with data security standards and environmental regulations
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality control
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high performance standards
• Maintain accurate records and reporting of processed assets
• Liaise with management and other departments to improve processes
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times
