Support Coordinator – Earn up to £28,300 p.a./ £14.47 ph plus a health cash plan worth over £1,140.
Permanent, full‑time (37.5 hpw) or part‑time (22.5 or 30 hpw). The post is based at Roskear House in Camborne, supporting customers in a residential setting as well as providing outreach support across the old Penwith area.
What you’ll do
- Lead support planning and coordinate our Support Workers to deliver person‑centred support.
- Support customers with complex needs, including mental health, substance misuse, self‑neglect and trauma.
- Help customers to build independence through daily living support, budgeting, tenancy sustainment and wellbeing.
- Support customers to access education, training, employment and local community opportunities.
- Work with partner agencies to safeguard customers and achieve positive outcomes.
- Balance customer support, safeguarding, caseload management and colleague guidance to deliver a high‑quality service.

You have
- Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting.
- Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willingness to work towards it).
- Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support.
- The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach.
The practical bits
- Work 7.5 hour shifts per day between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM on a rota basis; occasional weekends may be required.
- Shift between the Camborne Roskear office and outreach customers in the old Penwith area on a rota basis.
- Some lone working, but regular training and team meetings will be held.
- Enhanced DBS check (enrolled) is required (we pay).
- Vehicle insured for business use and a valid licence is required; business mileage will be reimbursed.
