A growing and dynamic business is looking for a proactive and organized Team Assistant to join their team. This is a varied and hands‑on role where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office while supporting employees, visitors and senior leaders in a fast‑paced and collaborative environment.
The Role
- Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office
- Managing office facilities, supplies and shared workspaces
- Coordinating meetings, room bookings and office logistics
- Welcoming visitors and maintaining a professional office environment
- Supporting onboarding, equipment setup and new starter coordination
- Assisting with diaries, travel arrangements and administrative support
- Coordinating recruitment interviews and candidate communications
- Acting as the first point of contact for basic office IT support
- Supporting company events, socials and employee engagement initiatives
- Managing office compliance, maintenance and supplier relationships
About You
- Organised, proactive and highly reliable
- Minimum 1 year experience in an office management, administration or support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Professional, personable and solutions‑focused
- Comfortable taking ownership and improving processes
- Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information
- A strong team player with a positive and flexible approach
