The Specialist Hygiene Service Technician Role
In this role, you will provide a range of hygiene cleaning services across various environments and premises, including biohazard cleaning, flood water damage clean‑up, infection control, police and prison cell cleaning, sharps removal, trauma and crime scene cleaning, factory cleans, high‑level cleaning, silo cleaning, and other technical clean‑ups. Full training is provided.
- Work reactively in a fast‑paced business where work changes week to week.
- Participate in an on‑call rota.
- Offer valuable advice to customers when required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image at all times.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence held for more than two years with no more than six penalty points.
- Self‑motivated, reliable and proactive.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Flexible with working patterns to support business needs.
- Capable of working at heights and in confined spaces.
- May be required to pass a DBS check, depending on the role applied for.
