The Job

As an Agricultural Service Technician, you’ll be at the heart of our busy workshop operations. You will:

  • Provide industry‑leading technical support to customers and colleagues
  • Repair, diagnose and maintain agricultural machinery from some of the most prestigious brands
  • Ensure machinery operates to manufacturer specifications with precision and accuracy
  • Offer technical guidance across the business
  • Support on‑call duties and out‑of‑hours service when required
  • Work both in‑workshop and on‑farm as needed
  • Maintain Dealer Standards and a clean, efficient workspace
  • Build strong working relationships across all machinery departments

This is a hands‑on, varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Skills, Experience and Qualities Required

We’re seeking an individual who brings technical excellence and a positive, can‑do attitude. You will have:

  • A recognised apprenticeship and qualifications in machinery servicing and repair
  • Strong mechanical, electrical and hydraulic expertise
  • Experience working on a variety of machinery (agricultural or other sectors)
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to support busy periods and weekend work
  • A proactive approach to managing priorities and meeting deadlines
  • A full UK driving licence
