Outdoor Residential Support Worker — Reflect & Reset Program

Prosperity Children’s Services is seeking a Residential Support Worker to deliver the Reflect & Reset program from a motorhome, supporting vulnerable young people in Lancashire and Greater Manchester. The role involves outdoor activity, trauma-informed practice, and close teamwork to ensure safety and positive outcomes.

You will work toward a recognised childcare qualification, with shifts that include sleeps and a 3 on / 6 off pattern.
