The Content & Digital Engagement Officer will be responsible for creating, managing and optimising content across Gambling Therapy and digital platforms.
The role will support awareness, engagement and demand generation through content marketing, social media, website content, email communications and digital campaigns.
Working closely with the Digital Manager, the postholder will help drive traffic, improve user engagement and support conversion into treatment and recovery pathways.

Social Media & Engagement
- Develop and schedule content plans.

- Update website content.

- Develop landing pages.
Digital Campaigns
- Support paid and organic campaigns.
- Assist with campaign planning and delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and reporting.
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor website and social media analytics.
- Produce monthly performance reports.
- Support data-led content optimisation.
Person Specification
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Understanding of SEO principles.
