Introduction

We are looking to recruit a new member to join our online pharmacy in our innovative small team of qualified professionals, as an apprentice Pharmacy Assistant. For the right person, there is the opportunity to secure full-time employment and progress to a higher-level qualification, such as the Level 3 Pharmacy Technician.

What You’ll Do

• Dispensing of medication for patients
• Check and monitor prescription slips
• Health & safety responsibility
• Rotation of stock
• Use of patient record systems
• Data entry relating to medication
• Labelling and dispensing
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Working within a team environment
• Liaising with doctors, surgery and health professionals
• Completion of apprenticeship work on time
• Training Outcome Pharmacy Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship
• A possible permanent position within the organisation
