Ipswich Hospital is seeking a Medical Laboratory Assistant to join our Specimen Reception team in the Blood Sciences Pathology Department. This fixed-term secondment is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and based in our pathology laboratory, with shift coverage across evenings, weekends and nights.
You will collect, label and process samples for pre-analytics, enter data into the laboratory information system, identify mislabelled specimens, assist with stock control, work a 24-hour shift pattern
