Kitchen Team Leader – Edinburgh City Centre

Premier Inn Edinburgh City Centre (Waverley) is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to run the kitchen daily, manage rotas, place orders, and lead the team through busy services. You’ll work closely with the Hotel Manager and own food quality and hygiene across the kitchen.

Pay rate is up to £14.81 per hour for 30 hours per week, with the role offering hands-on leadership and clear progression toward Head Chef in a busy Edinburgh city location.
