Director of Affordable Housing Development

Galliford Try Investments (GTI) is expanding its Development Management team to deliver 1,200 new affordable homes by 2030. We seek an experienced Development Director to lead sourcing, securing and delivering high-quality schemes across the UK.

You will identify opportunities, lead feasibility analysis, shape investment propositions, and direct end-to-end bid processes with internal teams and external partners.
