We are looking for enthusiastic team members to join our fun and dynamic entertainment centres. This position is divided into two parts: a Customer Service Assistant and a Pin Technician.
Responsibilities
- As a Customer Service Assistant, deliver outstanding customer experience by booking customers, answering queries, identifying sales opportunities, hosting parties, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing/serving food and drinks.
- As a Pin Technician, ensure all bowling equipment and lanes are maintained to a high standard through preventative maintenance, general building maintenance, repairs, and by supporting a positive team atmosphere.
- Work efficiently, show initiative, and provide exceptional customer service while being comfortable dealing with customers.
- Be flexible to work evenings and weekends, be organised, multitask, and be a strong team player with an eye for detail.
Qualifications
- No experience in bowling machinery required – willingness to learn.
- Interest in technical or mechanical aspects.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive, energetic attitude and confidence.
